Long Island Scrap Metal Industry Theft Advisory Group Holds Inaugural Meeting

The first meeting was held at Gershow Recycling and brought together members of the scrap metal industry, law enforcement and government in an effort to address the growing problem of scrap metal theft. Meetings will be rotated among industry member locations and will be held on a regular basis.
