In support of local Fire, Rescue and Emergency Medical Services crews, Gershow Recycling Corp. donated a car from its Bay Shore facility to the Great River Fire Department on April 23. The car will be used by the Great River Fire Department for extrication training exercises. Chief James DiGiovanna expressed his gratitude to Gershow Recycling for the donation as a Gershow employee loaded the car onto Mr. DiGiovanna’s truck.
