Gershow Recycling Donates Two Vehicles to Eaton's Neck Fire Department For Extrication Exercise

Members of the Eaton's Neck Fire Department pose with one of the two vehicles that were donated by Gershow Recycling for a two-day extrication exercise.

In support of local Fire, Rescue and Emergency Medical Services crews, Gershow Recycling donated two vehicles to the Eaton's Neck Fire Department for its extrication exercises the firefighters performed at their firehouse on September 19-20.

As part of their exercise, firefighters responded to an "accident" and extricated "victims" from the vehicle using the "Jaws of Life." First responders came to the scene of the "accident" and brought the "victims" to a local hospital.
